You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of building tenants, coordinating and managing maintenance & repair activities & liaising with vendors to ensure smooth daily building operations. Coordinating & overseeing regular building maintenance & repairs. Managing & directing cleaning & security staff & activities.Preparing & carrying out emergency protocols & procedures. Maintaining a safe environment for building occupants & visitors.Preparing & monitoring maint. budgets. Negotiating and liaising with third-party service providers.Conducting regular building inspections and preparing reports.Ensuring facilities are in compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and building codes.Responding to inquiries and requests by building tenants and resolving any problems or issues. PROJECT MANAGER: 6-10 yrs exp.in palace Responsibilities for Project Manager Determine & define project scope & objectives Predict resources needed to reach objectives & manage resources in an effective & efficient manner Prepare budget based on scope of work & resource requirements Track project costs in order to meet budget Develop & manage a detailed project schedule & work plan Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement SWIMMING POOL TECHNICIAN: The duties of a swimming pool technician are to install, service, and repair swimming pool equipment, such as water filters, pumps, and water systems. Other responsibilities include mixing chemicals, testing the water, and maintaining the appropriate balance of chlorine and pH in the water.
