FASHION RETAIL (COMPANY situ D I ARABI i Retail Store Manager : - MBA/Graduates with 06 - 07 years Exp. Manager staff scheduling to optimize resource allocation and to ensure staff availability on the floor at all times. Cascade Store targets. Communication in English must be Strong. Shop managers. Most have handled Store size of minimum 8,000sg.ft. Need Exp only in Apparel (fashion background). Candidate Should have Worked as Store Manager for Minimum of 04 years. (We are looking candidates having Experiences with the same employers Lifestyle, Reliance Trends, Future Bazar, Pantaloons, H&M, Aditya Birla etc,) SALARY - 5000 - 6500 SAR Retail AREA Manager : - MBA/Graduates with 08-10 years Experience. Prepare & participate in the preparation of sales budgets for stores. Maximize sales & profitability of the area. Control costs within budgetary guidelines. Conduct examinations into productivity, staffing, shrinkage, rent to sales in stores etc. and develop action plan to mitigate the risk with approvals from Regional Manager/Brand Head. Suggest and drive improvisations in current service levels by tracking customer satisfaction metrics in the stores to drive sales. candidate Should have Worked as an Area manager for Minimum of 04 years with handling of 03/04 larger format stores. Need Exp only in Apparel (fashion background).
